Data allowance and validity are separate limits
A 5GB / 30-day plan can end for two different reasons: the 5GB is used, or the 30-day validity ends. Reaching either limit can stop the package from providing data.
Top-up support varies by package
Some supplier packages support a top-up on the existing eSIM. Others require a new package or a new eSIM. That is why our plan pages label top-up support when the supplier data exposes it instead of promising that every plan can be extended.
Do not wait for zero if you rely on connectivity
If you need maps, ride-hailing or work access, check usage before the balance is exhausted and keep Wi-Fi available while you arrange the next package.
Turn off automatic cloud backups and app updates when your remaining data is low. Background traffic can consume the last part of a plan quickly.
Will your normal SIM take over?
It can, depending on your phone settings. To avoid surprise roaming charges, confirm which line is selected for mobile data and whether automatic cellular-data switching is enabled.
